How do I send my jewelry to you?

Pack your piece securely and ship it using the prepaid insured label provided when you start your service. Packing instructions are included at that step.

How long does service take?

Standard services complete in 5–7 business days. Complex or multi-service work is scoped with a confirmed turnaround at quote—before any work begins.

Is my jewelry insured?

Yes. A declared value is required for every piece. Coverage applies from the moment your item ships to us through return delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Real-time status is available in your account at every stage—intake, inspection, bench work, quality control, and dispatch. Email updates are sent at each milestone.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?
